Reports were given on the development in the regions by the Vice-Presidents of Europe, Americas, and Asia, Oceania and Africa.
The Technical Committee reported on the upcoming implementation of the Sail Digital, a modern platform that supports the full certification process of Optimist class boats – from production and measurement to global registration and inspection.

The Regatta Committee reported about the recent 2025 Europeans, new documentation and future technology to help to expand the race officials development program.
Proposals from the Executive Committee, Technical Committee, and Members were reviewed and discussed.

The AGM approved Grant Thornton as the future auditor for the IODA.
Kevin Whitcraft, IODA President 2017 – 2025 was nominated as an Officer of Honour.
